Impressive right from the tender process…the only builder to complete the tender on time and it was a very professional submission.

We continued to live in the house during the 8 months of building works. We worked closely with Joe to schedule cooking, cleaning and bathroom facilities. Without prompting we had a sink connected on the back deck and makeshift pantry and cardboards in our temporary kitchen.

Unbelievably thoughtful – really appreciated and understood ourworld…4 kids under 12 years old.

Very well behaved and considerate contractors as well….clearly Joe has hand picked his tilers, electricians, painters etc as they were all exceptional.

Joe also has a flair for design and detail – we had an architect that he worked with and complimented beautifully…he added lots of great ideas and was a fantastic problem solver.
