Step By Step

Our standard procedure when building custom homes & extensions

Step I

We start with initial enquiry from our client.

Step II

As per the inquiry we provide feasibility consultation and on-site designing for free to understand better what our client is looking for in his/her dream project.

Step III

After consultation we take our client’s dream project into detailed conceptualization that includes 3D visualizations, concept drawings and fully detailed quotation.

After this step we will ask you whether planning is required or not?

Step IV

If planning is not required then we look into following details of preparatory works like soil tests, site measures, Res-Code analysis and site survey.

Step VI

If planning is required then we initially work on planning permit then take care of preparatory details as mentioned in step V.

Step VII

We move onto working drawings, final specifications followed by contracts.

Step VIII

At this step construction will begin and decision will be made on in-house colour, building permits and material selection.

Step IX

And, finally we will hand over the keys of your dream house to you.

At every step we check and re-check everything from basic to advance just to make sure that our client will receive the best design and functionality that he or she hoped for. We also provide a scope of improvisation in case you decide midway that you want certain changes in your dream project.
